Newly landscaped front yard provides outdoor seating for your morning cup of coffee. Property Amenities: 4 bedrooms (king master suite, 2 x twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, queen bedroom. Poolside bathroom with walk in shower) 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms and dining areas. Games room with pool table and air hockey game. To the rear you will find the spacious lanai with smart tv, pool and spa, garden contained within a privacy fence. Tvs in all bedrooms, free high speed internet access for uploading your photos to social media! *Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest. Pool heat is recommended for the colder months and MUST BE PREBOOKED to feel the full effect! Dogs are welcome (max 2) we do require a non refundable pet fee of $100 per pet.

Leanne was very accommodating. My husband and I needed shelter for the hurricane and fortunately for us she had availability. Leanne responded to my messages and checked in on us after the storm. If there were any issues (which there weren’t) she promptly responded. She had someone come out to fix the fence that fell due to the storm. Very grateful to have been able to spend time in this beautiful house. I’m from the area, but this house is conveniently located. My husband and I would definitely rent from her again! “absolutely perfect, was really pleased with the villa and was exactly as advertised. Am even thinking of booking the same villa again for a future visit. Called the management company a couple of times, once because wi-fi stopped working and secondly because a fan packed up in one of the bedrooms.
