This traditional and comfortable villa is a relaxing home from home and will give you the chance to recharge your batteries with your family here in Florida. At the front of the villa is a family lounge area with comfy seats, leading to the formal dinner table. At the back of the villa is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and pots and pans you are likely to need. Patio doors from here lead directly out to the pool deck, which can be heated for $35 per day (must be prebooked) To the right is another seating area, with a flat screen tv. The Master bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and en- suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 5 has Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is at the front and has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The clubhouse is nearby, the facilities, including the heated swimming pool, separate spa, tiki bar, clubhouse with TV lounge, games room, well-equipped gym, outdoor play area and mini golf.

Sitting on the very popular community of Solana, a gated development on the US27 in Davenport, this traditional 6 bedroom rental villa is a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living, offering plenty of space and a private pool and spa area with lots of outdoor seating options. The community facilities are a few streets away and include a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse with TV lounge, gym and games room, beach volleyball court, play area and mini golf. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes. Restaurant options catering for all tastes, desires and budgets can be found a few miles north of here on the US192 or try Berry Town Center which is a little closer.

Large six bedroom vacation villa. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. West-facing private pool. Nice gated community with good facilities.
