Walking in from the front door where you will located the key in the lock box and 24 hour access, you will see our fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer/ice maker, toaster, coffee machine but to name a few, the kitchen nook table provides seating for four guests. To the left you will find our formal dining area that seats 6 and our lounge area with large roku streaming TV. and patio doors leading to the south/west facing pool area. While having a covered lanai with table and chairs for alfresco dining, there are also seating and loungers in the sunny deck area. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading to the pool area,. The master has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and wall mounted Tv. The bathroom has his and her sinks, shower cubicle, separate large bathtub and WC. Large walk in closet. The double twin bedrooms are at the other side of the lounge both have ceiling fans and wall mounted TVs. In-between the bedrooms you will find the shared bathroom with a tub and shower over. Tiled hallway flooring to help with wet feet from the swimming pool. The second bedroom with private bathroom is just off the lounge has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and Tv. The Ensuite has a bathtub with shower over, vanity and wc. The garage houses the washing machine and dryer, children's stroller and highchair. Pool table and cues.
