The open plan layout of this villa has been planned to give everybody the chance to find their own space and relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives. The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you and has comfy seating and a window looking out over the pool deck. The Main bedroom is set apart from other bedrooms and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has more comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you decide to cook a meal for everybody, and the breakfast bar here is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the daytime. A small dining table close to more doors leading to the pool area is the ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning, with a larger dining table at the front of the villa being a perfect setting for evening meals or fun times together playing board games. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are in the center of the home and share a full bathroom and bedroom 4 is towards the back of the home with a full bathroom which has access to the pool and lanai.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces, two children play areas, pickle ball and tennis courts. Not to mention the natural fishing lake at the back of the community. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here. Heading north up to Clermont you will find many more attractions, Lake Louisa State Park is only 5 miles away where you can go horse back riding, kayaking, hiking and even grilling and chilling at the beach area.
