The Upper Deck vacation rental home is situated on a premium corner lot in the beautiful Highland Reserve Golf Community, offering both privacy and beautiful views from the upper balcony. Our 3000 square foot home offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Davenport and Central Florida has to offer! Upon entering the home via electronic keypad you will find our formal room, living and dining spaces with easy access to the family room and kitchen. The ground floor also delivers a king bedroom, separate full bathroom and laundry room with top of the range washing machine and dryer. Access to the garage which houses a pool table and Cassio keyboard. Guests will appreciate the comfortable layout of the bright kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space including a center island and breakfast bar seating for casual dining. There is also a breakfast nook and access to the pool deck as you transition into the large family room. At the top of the stairs is a space saving built-in desk area convenient to the remaining four bedrooms. Your primary king suite is generous with a decorative tray ceiling and French door access to the UPPER DECK and of course your private en-suite bath featuring a dual sink vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. The queen bedroom is on the right and across the landing is a twin bedroom, shared full bathroom and the last king bedroom which also has French door access to the UPPER DECK. A rare bonus to the home is the UPPER DECK balcony. The large balcony boasts outdoor seating for 6, take the spiral staircase down to the pool where you will find more seating and sun loungers. The covered lanai and screened pool is the perfect escape and the native landscaping adds to the Florida feel. Situated in one of the area's hottest vacation communities, Highlands Reserve offers a range of amenities for visitors, including golf course, tennis courts, and a community pool. Highlands Reserve is in Davenport, it is on the US27, approximately 3 miles south of the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) and 5 miles north of the I-4 Highway. ATTRACTIONS Animal Kingdom 20 - 25 Minutes Magic Kingdom 20 - 25 Minutes Epcot 20 - 25 Minutes Hollywood Studios 20 - 25 Minutes Universal (including Volcano Bay) 35 - 40 Minutes SeaWorld 30 - 35 Minutes Discovery Cove 30 - 35 Minutes The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 15 - 20 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 20 - 25 Minutes drive from here. Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 30 - 35 Minutes. The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 60 - 65 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 70 - 75 Minutes away to the west.
