ASK ABOUT OUR 2026 SNOWBIRD DISCOUNT RATES! Welcome to our home! Our single story house has a lot of space. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, there are 5 bedrooms all with their own unique style. The open plan design of the home is light and airy with newly installed tile floors throughout the main living area compliments beautifully. Our formal dining area seats 6 while our kitchen dining area also accommodates 6. Our breakfast bar seats 4 so there will not be a fight for seats. The kitchen is fully fitted and has an electric oven, coffee machine, blender toaster, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and a large American style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Down the hallway you will find the family bathroom with bathtub and shower over head. The blue bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted tv, The pink room has two twin beds with a Minnie Mouse theme with princess themed drawers and a wall mounted Tv. Our gray Star Wars room has two twin beds with illuminated light sabers built into the headboard. This room also has a wall mounted Tv. Leading back into the family room you will find leather reclining sofas, just what is needed after a day at the parks and a sliding patio door leading out to the sunny pool deck, swimming pool and spa (these can be heated with an additional fee) To the left of the family room is our master suite has a king sized bed and wall mounted tv. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity and separate shower, ideal for pool access leading out to the covered lanai. To the right is our purple room, with lots of cupboards and clothes storage, wall mounted tv. The ensuite has a bath and shower over. The garage houses the laundry facilities, a large washing machine and dryer set, ironing board and Iron. Children equipment includes high chair, pack and play and a stroller. DOGS WILL BE CONSIDERED AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Leanne’s home is very spacious. Easy access to enter, restaurants and anything we needed. We realized that the home was located in the same area that we’ve stayed before and Leanne’s home did not fall short compared to the other homes we’ve stayed in and we paid much less than in the past. The pool was great we had small children and they didn’t want to leave house to go other places. We really enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be looking forward to staying with Leanne again. My family and I travel to Florida a few times a year and have rented many houses. This one is one of our favorites. It was so spacious, everyone had a room and we even had spare beds. The pool was big and beautiful. We had minor hiccups with the pool which Leanne immediately took care of. She was very responsive and very nice. She answered all questions, even the minor ones and ensured that our stay was exactly what we were expecting. This will be the first house I will look for on our next trip to FL. Thanks for everything Leanne!

Great place we stayed at with my family. plenty of space and beds. It's even better for larger families and of course it has a great pool. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for ample space for families. Will book again whenever I come back. Guest stayed in March 2024, booked thru Airbnb

Huge house. 5 bedroom 3 bathroom and big pool. My kids really enjoyed the big pool. Also they have heating system for pool and spa. Can’t wait to visit again.
