Located on the gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills is this privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa. It features a private pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 15 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities. These include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, kids water park, castle play area and a Tiki bar where you can get a chilled drink. Inside the clubhouse is a 40 seat cinema, a well-equipped gym and a games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Guests can head to the tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts to find a friendly game. The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for a self-catering vacation. Start your morning at the breakfast bar with tea and toast, while a nearby table provides additional seating should it be required. A formal dining table is located to the left of the villa, an ideal place to enjoy a meal. The main family lounge is to the back right with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a nearby door leading to the private pool and spa. To the front of the villa is a second lounge, perfect for curling up with a book or having a quiet chat. Bedrooms: The Main bedroom is located upstairs to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is adjacent to the ground floor bathroom and is ideal for guests who may struggle with stairs. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and at the back centre of the villa with a King-size bed while the Toy Story-themed Bedroom 5 is to the central left with Twin beds. At the front left is Bedroom 6, which has a Princess-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV. Entertainment: Take a break from the Orlando sunshine by heading to the air-conditioned games room. Inside you will find a pool table and air hockey table, providing hours of fun for your whole family. There is also seating and a flatscreen TV, so guests who are waiting for their turn can relax and watch a movie. Outdoor Living: Recharge your batteries at your very own private pool and spa. With hedges on all sides providing good privacy, top up your tan in the Florida sunshine or relax in the spa while your kids play in the pool.
